Journalist and Halk TV presenter Şule Aydın reported via social media that she had received a threat involving sexual violence and filed a criminal complaint at the Kadıköy Ferry Terminal Police Station. Aydın, previously targeted by MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli who referred to her as one of “four clowns,” shared an image showing a sexually explicit word written on her apartment door along with a stain. She stated that she receives regular threats due to her journalism and called for those responsible to be identified, emphasizing that “we are not even safe in our own homes.”
