The 21th Civil Court of First Instance in Istanbul granted a decision on May 9, 2017 regarding the compensation lawsuit filed by Ülker Group for 50 thousand Turkish Liras against daily Evrensel due to “reputation of company” and “personal rights”. The court rejected the lawsuit.
