The Constitutional Court (TCC) have announced it’s decision on the alleged violations of the right to liberty and security as well as freedom of expression and freedom of press of the applicants Önder Çelik, Bülent Utku, Hacı Musa Kart, Mustafa Kemal Güngör, Hakan Karasinir, Güray Tekin Öz, due to unlawfulness of their detention.

On 2 May 2019, the Court found no violations of the right to personal liberty and security safeguarded by Article 19 of the Constitution as well as of the freedoms of expression and the press respectively safeguarded by Articles 26 and 28 of the Constitution.
