The second Criminal Court of First Instance in Istanbul sentenced the editor for sendika.org Çağlar Özbilgin to 11 months of 20 days imprisonment for “insulting the President of the Republic” for referring the President as a “would-be dictator” in a piece in the Halkın Sesi newspaper.  The prison sentence was deferred
