Having protested the motion known as the censorship law by wearing a black mask at the Parliament, Sibel Hürtaş, the Ankara Chair of the Journalists’ Union of Turkey (TGS), found out that she had been banned from entering the Parliament. Coming to the Dikmen Gate of the Parliament following the protest, Hürtaş was told by an official at the gate that she was “banned” from entering the Parliament (October 12).
