The files of Enis Berberoğlu and Erdem Gül were separated from Can Dündar’s file at the trial held on February 2019. On May 15, the court decided on the acquittal of Erdem Gül.

The case of Dündar is continuing. The court awaits for the extradition of Can Dündar to Turkey to continue the trial.
