The Communications Directorate affiliated with the Presidency of Turkey, with its decision dated September 2, 2022, revoked the permanent press card of journalist Tuğrul Eryılmaz and requested that Eryılmaz return his card to the Directorate. As the reason for the decision, the Communications Directorate referred to the Article 25/2 of the Press Card Regulation and informed Eryılmaz about the decision by post (September 16).
