The Van 4th High Criminal Court decided on the release of the grant holder of Çaldıran Agency, Ayhan Demir after 11 months of detention, who had been arrested since March 25, 2017 due to his social media posts on the grounds of his “links to organisation”. He is standing trial for allegedly being a member of a terrorist organization and faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
