The 1st High Criminal Court of Tunceli released Dersim-Munzur Radio editor-in-chief Mehmet Çağrı, who was charged with “membership in a terrorist organisation” on the grounds that he photographed press releases, marches and events, at his first hearing on 10 November 2017. Çağrı was on trial for ”taking photos of the group even though he was not a member of the press”. The case was postponed to 31 January 2018.
