Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı has stood trial on the grounds of his comments in a TV show titled, “Beyaz Futbol” broadcasted on November 19, 2017, on the Beyaz TV channel. The Bosnian Organisations complained a file against him for his comments. After the investigation launched into him, the indictment was accepted by the 27th Criminal Court of First Instance of Istanbul. Kütahyalı is on trial for “Provoking the Public to Hatred, Hostility or Degrading” the people who have Bosnian origin. As he did not show up at the trial, he got caught on July 19 and brought to the 5th Criminal Court of First Instance of Istanbul. Kütahyalı was released after giving his deposition at the courthouse (30 July)
In the last hearing held on September 13, 2019, the court sentenced him 10 months imprisonment and did not defer the sentence (13 September)
