Taking into custody

Three journalists working for Sputnik News Agency were taken into custody in relation to the article “The ‘Stolen Province’: Why Turkey Was Given A Corner Of Syria By France 80 Years Ago” while they were at the police station in order to file a complaint on an attempted attack.

Journalists were released after they gave their statement. Meanwhile Sputnik News Agency Editor-in-chief Mahir Boztepe was taken into custody in İstanbul.
